摘    要:介绍了垂直磁记录介质近几年的一些新进展.由于磁记录技术的迅速发展,不断出现新的设计和革新,这里着重介绍了传统的垂直磁记录介质、倾斜垂直磁记录介质和热辅助垂直磁记录介质.对于传统的垂直磁记录介质,大致总结了在矫顽力、成核场、晶粒大小及其分布、尺寸分布、退耦合相互作用等方面的研究工作.其他两种介质的出现主要是为了解决超高密度磁记录所面临的非常尖锐的写磁头能力限制问题.对于倾斜介质,着重介绍了交换耦合复合介质的发展、进展和它的一些优点.对于热辅助垂直磁记录介质,主要介绍了它的工作原理.

Abstract:Advancements in perpendicular magnetic recording media were reviewed. This article focused mainly on the conventional perpendicular media, tilted perpendicular media, and thermal assistant perpendicular media. As for the conventional media, we reviewed the advancements in coercivity, nucleation field, grain size, size distribution, exchanged decoupling interaction, and so on. The other two kinds of media have been developed to solve the problems caused by writing ability of magnetic writer at ultra-high recording density. The development, advancements, and advantages of the exchange coupled composite (ECC) media were introduced. Meanwhile, only mechanism of thermal assistant recording media was described.
