2-乙基己醇氨化脱水合成2-乙基己胺工艺研究

摘    要:采用浸渍法制备Cu-Co-Ru-Mg-Cr/Al2O3催化剂,用于2-乙基己醇氨化制2-乙基己胺反应。研究了催化剂中锕、钴加入量及反应压力、温度、空速、氨与2-乙基己醇摩尔比等对氨化反应的影响。在适宜的催化剂组成及操作条件下,2-乙基己醇单程转化率达到72%,2-乙基己胺选择性达到95%。

Abstract:A Cu-Co-Ru-Mg-Cr/Al2O3 catalyst was prepared by impregnation which was used in-uthe synthesis of 2-ethylhexylamine by amination of 2-ethylhexyl alcohol. Effects of the amount of copper and cobalt in catalyst, pressure, temperature, liquid space velocity and mole ratio(ammoma/ 2-ethylhexyl alcohol). With optimuncatalyst oomposition and under optimun reaction conditions, thconYersion of 2-ethylhexyl alcoholreached 72% , and the selectivity of 2-ethylhexylamine reached 95%, on amination of 2-ethylhexyl alcohol were investigated.
