BOPP专用料性能分析及结构表征

摘    要:以几种不同国内外厂家生产的双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)专用料为研究对象.从聚合物的基本物性、相对分子质量及其分布、聚合物分子链的序列结构、流变性能等方面进行测试和表征,从而得到各种BOPP专用料的性能参数,揭示和比较它们在物性和结构之间的异同.指导BOPP专用料的生产。结果表明,不仅应当将等规度控制在合适的范围内,而且应当注意控制聚合物的序列结构,控制好其相对分子质量分布.使其更加均匀,以更加有利于物料的成型加工。

Abstract:Several BOPP special materials produced by different rnanufacturer at home and abroad were discussed. Thephysical property,relative molecular weight and its distribution, sequence structure of polymer molecule chain andrheological performance were tested and analyzed respectively. The results showed that not only the degree of itsisotacticity must be controlled in a appropriate range, but also the sequence structure of polymer molecule chain andits relative molecullar weight distribution should be payed more attention to control.
