摘    要:采用激光粒度仪LS13320测定分散染料高温处理后的平均粒径变化以衡量染浴中分散染料的高温分散稳定性。通过实验,验证了染浴中的阴离子分散荆能提高分散染料高温稳定性;阴/阴或阴/非表面活性剂复配物使用可以改善分散染料的高温分散稳定性。

Abstract:In this paper the change of average particle sizes of disperse dyes before and after subjecting to high temperature treatment, which usually indicates their high temperature dispersion stability, was measured by Laser Size Analyzer KS13320. The experiments demonstrated that the concentration of anionic dispersing agents in dye bath must be sufficient enough to maintain high temperature dispersion stability of disperse dyes. The anionic/ anionic or anionie/nonionic composite surfactants were more efficient than a single dispersing agent MF to enhance high temperature dispersion stability, but such formulation is very selective to disperse dye molecular structure.
