摘    要:通过现场调查和数据采集,分析了产液量、拖动系统、抽油机平衡和有效扬程对系统效率的影响,认为抽油机井的日产液量和电机的有功功率是影响机采系统效率的最终因素,这两个因素又受地层供液能力、井筒工况、地面设备等的影响,可见提高抽油机井系统效率是一项系统工程。针对产液量低、拖动系统高耗能、抽油机平衡调节和有效扬程等方面存在的问题提出了措施,测试结果表明,采取的措施在一定程度上提高了抽油机井的系统效率。

Abstract:Through field investigation and data acquisition, the influences of liquid production, driving engine, and ef- fective head on the system efficiency were analyzed. It is considered that the daily fluid production of pumping well and the real power of driving engine are ultimate factors which influence on system efficiency, and the two factors are also influenced by fluid supply ability of formation, work conditions of borehole, and the ground equipment, etc. So the raising of system efficiency is a system engineering . Aiming at the low oil production, high energy consumption of driving system, and the problems existing in pumping unit such as balance adjustment and effective head, and so on, the corresponding measures were proposed. The test resuhs show that to a certain degree, the system efficiency of pumping unit was raised by the measures.
