摘    要:提出一种利用人工神经网络求解不规则件排样问题的方法。对于二维不规则零件在排样区域上的优化排列,采用自组织特征映射模型(SOM)和Hopfield人工神经网络相结合的方法,寻找排样件在排样时的最优位置及各自的旋转角度,实现了二维不规则件自动排样,得到满意的优化排样结果,实例证明了该算法的有效性和实用性。

Abstract:An irregular parts layout method based on artificial neural networks is proposed.For the optimization nesting problem in the given nest region of two-dimensional irregular parts,Self-Organizing Map(SOM)and Hopfield artificial neural networks are integrated to look for the optimal position and rotating angle of the nesting parts.The automatic layout of two dimensional irregular parts is realized and the satisfactory results of optimal layout are obtained.It is indicated by the examples that our algorithm is ...
