摘    要:相信许多压铸同仁都熟知压铸模具工艺参数的计算与工艺调整,但是在实际进行工艺调整之前,往往不愿计算,而是凭经验,久而久之,便可能会走向误区。可能会花大量时间去移动吉制点,也可能会在成型不佳时,一味地提速加压。即使解决了成型问题,也往往会忽略模具使用的合理性问题。针对目前国内压铸行业使用非实时监控压铸机居多这一现状,精确计算合理设定压铸参数尤为重要。

Abstract:Many people who is familiar with die-casting knows how to calculate and adjust die-casting tooling technics parameters, but they are always not willing to make the calculation prior to technics adjustment, and just do based on their experiences, which will mislead them to make errors. As a result, they may have to spend a lot of time on finding the proper control point of injection travel on machine,or just increase the injection speed and pressure to ensure the molding, in that case, even the molding issue...
