| Abstract: | To achieve sustainable development and utilize the water resources suitably, Beijing municipal government built the Qinghe wastewater treatment plant. In this paper, the treatment process, controlling techniques and personnel management was introduced. And the ongoing projects on reclaimed water and their contribution to the Green Olympics was also introduced. |
