摘    要:现代建筑对环境的影响巨大,而钢材以及钢结构住宅体系都具有优良的环境性能。从节约资源、生态环保和健康舒适3个方面对钢结构住宅的环境性能进行研究,探讨这种新型住宅体系的发展潜力和前景。

Abstract:Modern buildings have an impact on the environment. Steel and steel st ructures can provide excellent environmental performance. In the paper, environ mental performance of steel residential buildings, such as resource saving, envi ronment protection, health and comfort to the occupants is discussed. Further, development foreground of this new style of residential system is discussed.
