| 摘 要： | 伊拉克SCP日产5000t熟料生产线窑尾框架及预热器由浙江中材水泥设计院设计,其中窑尾框架主体结构底部两层为砼框架结构,上部六层为钢管砼柱加钢管支撑结构。重点介绍了该窑尾框架结构的施工质量控制以及钢管砼立柱中砼的浇灌质量要求。

| Abstract: | The feed-end frame steel structure and preheater of Iraq SCP 5 000t/d clinker production line were designed by Sinoma Zhejiang Cement dDesign Institute, the main structure of the feed-end frame has eight storeys, and the bottom two storeys are concrete frame structure, the up six storeys are steel pipe reinforced concrete ＋ steel pipe structure. The construction quality control of the feed-end frame steel structure was introduced as well as the pouring quality of concrete in steel pipe. |
