| 摘 要： | 在移动通信中,设计宽频带统一方案的频率合成器,降低设计的复杂程度、简化设计,提高模块的通用性是目前大家十分关心的问题,而ADI公司的ADF4350芯片的推出,并且结合AD8342芯片,设计出适合目前移动通信所有制式的宽频带频综模块。文中详细的介绍了两种芯片的特点功能和组成原理,并完成了系统的应用电路的设计测试工作。
