乍得700t/d熟料烧重油生产线的试生产调试

乍得700t/d熟料烧重油生产线由于一些设计方案缺陷和不合理,在试生产调试过程中,出现了C1筒飞灰量过大(20%),C3筒塌料和堵塞下料管,分解率过低(56%),分解炉塌料和漏油,产量过低(<400t/d)等众多问题。中工国际乍得现场项目组对上述问题进行了仔细分细并采取了相应整改措施并配合操作参数的优化和调整,该系统实现了超设计产量的稳定运行。

Commissioning of Chad 700t/d clinker burning-heavy oil production line

Because of design fault and illogieal scheme, in commissioning of Chad 700 t/d clinker burning-heavy oil production line, there arised many problems like too much fly ash（20%） in C1 cyclone, material collapse in C3 cyclone and blocking in the feed downpipe, low calcination rate（56%）, material collapse and oil leakage in calciner and low output（ 〈 400 t/d）. CAMC Chad field project group analysed above problems and applied adjusting measures. Finally, the system realized designed output and stable running.
