高炉喷补料中Fe2O3的含量对其抗CO侵蚀的影响

摘    要:研究了高炉喷补料中Fe2O3的含量对其抗CO侵蚀的影响,研究表明,随喷补料中Fe2O3含量增加,其抗CO侵蚀能力急剧降低,因此减少喷补料中Fe2O3的含量有利于提高其抗CO侵蚀能力,延长炉衬寿命,文中还采用了耐压强度来判定高炉喷补料抗CO侵蚀的新方法。

Abstract:This paper described the effect of Fe2O3 content in gunning material for blast furnace on its resistance to CO. The results of the study showed that the resistance to CO decreased rapidly with increasing of the Fe2O3 content. Therefore, the reduce of the Fe2O3 content will rise the ability of resistance to CO, and so prolong the campaign life of the gunning layer. Simultaneously, the paper gave a new method to test the resistance to CO with compressive strength.
