| Abstract: | The thermodynamical calculation on BN P-T phase diagram and the latest research work haveproved the possibility of synthesizing cubic boron nitride at lower pressure. In this paper,the latest developments of low pressure synthesis of cubic boron nitride are summarized and several ways to realize low pressure synthesis are proposed. |
