水工碾压混凝土的抗裂性能

摘    要:为了研究碾压混凝土的抗裂性能,分析了碾压混凝土弹性模量、极限拉伸、徐变、干缩、自生体积变形、温度变形等变形性能和胶凝材料的水化热、碾压混凝土的绝热温升、导温系数、导热系数和比热等热学性能.对国内外试验研究资料的整理分析后得出碾压混凝土具有比常态混凝土更优越的抗裂性能.提出理想化抗裂性能评价指标,其值越大,混凝土的抗裂性能就越好;临江电站混凝土的抗裂性能分析结果进一步验证了强度等级相当的碾压混凝土抗裂性能明显优于常态混凝土.

Abstract:In order to study the crack resistance of roller compacted concrete(RCC),we analyze the deformation performances including elastic modulus,ultimate elongation,creep,dry shrinkage,autogenous deformation and temperature deformation,and thermal performances including hydration heat of cementitious materials,adiabatic temperature rise,thermal conductivity,temperature conductivity and specific heat.It is indicated that the crack resistance of RCC is better than that of normal concrete.Then we propose suppositional evaluation indexes to evaluate the crack resistance of RCC,and the crack resistance becomes better as the values are higher.The crack resistance of concrete in Linjiang power plant is analyzed by employing these indexes,and it can be concluded that the crack resistance of RCC is remarkably better than that of normal concrete with the same strength grade.
