| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了一种依据激光表面散射原理而研制的边缘塌角在线检测装置，采用Ｈｅ－Ｎｅ激光器作为光源，ＣＣＤ器件接收边缘塌角的散射光，最后用单片机对数据进行一步处理，实验研究表明，该仪器结构简单，能够满足生产实际需要．
