叶蜡石在PVC人造革中的应用

摘    要:研究了叶蜡石的颗粒特性及其在PVC人造革中的应用效果。结果表明:①叶蜡石颗粒粒径小、粒度分布窄、比表面积大;②应用于PVC人造革时,叶蜡石具有较好的综合力学性能、优异的耐磨改性效果;③与活性轻质碳酸钙相比,叶蜡石对PVC人造革的抗撕裂改性效果更好。

Abstract:The particle properties of pyrophyllite were studied as well as its application eff-ect in PVC artificial leather. The results showed that:O pyrophyllite had small particle size, narrow par- ticle size distribution and big specific surface area; Qwhile applied in PVC artificial leather, pyro- phyllite had better mechanical properties and excellent modification effect of abrasive resistance; (~) compared with activated light calcium carbonate, pyrophyllite had better tear resistance modification effect on PVC artificial leather.
