| 摘 要： | 利用MoldFlow软件，对机器人前挡板塑件1模2腔侧浇口的成型方案进行分析，分别对塑件的填充时间、锁模力、气穴和熔接痕分布、冷却及翘曲分析等进行模拟，模拟分析结果为模具设计提供依据，缩短了产品的开发周期，从而提高经济效益。

| Abstract: | Use of MoldFlow software, the robot parts before baffle 1 mold 2 cavity side gate molding scheme to carry on the analysis, the product respectively the fill time, clamping force, gas hole and weld mark distribution, cooling and warpage analysis and so on carries on the simulation, simulation analysis results provide a basis for the die design and shorten the product development cycle, so as to improve the economic benefit. |
