万家寨引黄供水区的农业灌溉问题分析

万家寨引黄工程主要为大同市、平朔区、太原市提供工业用水。对农业，计划将原被工业挤占的当地水资源量归还农业灌溉。本文通过分析三个供水区农田灌溉及当地水资源现状，以及对各供水区进行水量平衡分析和经济效益分析，论证了归还后所增加的农业灌溉水量的经济效益是显著的，该项农业供水计划是可行的。

Analysis on the Agricultural Irrigation in the Water supply Areas of the YRDP

Shanxi Wanjiazhai Yellow River Diversion Project (the YRDP) will mainly supply water for the industry in Datong City,Pingshuo District and Taiyuan City.After the water(from the Yellow River) have been supplied,the local water resources,which belong to the agriculture originally but has been transferred to the industry,will be planned to be returned to the agriculture for irrigation.In this paper,the writers have made an analysis on the above planning,including the status quo of the farm irrigation and local water resources in the above three water supply areas,the water balance and the economic benefit of each the water supply areas after being returned of the local water.The analysis result shows that the agricultural economic benefit obtained by increasing irrigation water is remarkable,thus the planning above is considered to be feasible.
