摘    要:浓缩脱水生产过程是选矿、冶金行业中的重要生产工序,实现浓缩脱水过程智能优化控制是实现全流程优化控制的关键。研究开发了基于分步协调优化的浓缩脱水智能控制方法和系统,在保证浓缩脱水生产过程安全运行、指标满足生产要求的基础上,优化浓密机存矿量及浓密机放矿时间安排,实现浓密压滤操作的闭环,使浓密机和压滤机协调生产,提高浓密机底流浓度,降低浓缩脱水过程能耗,提升浓缩脱水过程生产效率。所述方法在国内某选厂成功应用,实现浓缩脱水过程智能优化控制,为企业降本增效,提升了经济效益和核心竞争力。

Abstract:The process of concentration and dehydration plays an important role in mineral and metallurgical industry. The intelligent optimization control of concentration and dehydration process is the key to realize the whole process optimization control. This paper presents an intelligent control system of concentration and dehydration process based on step-by-step optimization. On the basis of ensuring the safe operation of concentration and dehydration process and meeting the production requirements, it optimizes the ore storage of thickener and the ore drawing schedule of thickener, realizes the closed-loop of thickener and filter pressing operation.Furthermore this system makes the thickener and filter pressing coordinate production, improves the underflow concentration of thickener and the production efficiency of concentration and dehydration process, reduces the overflow and the energy consumption. The sytem described in this article was successfully applied in a concentrator to achieve intelligent optimization control of the concentration and dehydration process, reduce costs and increase efficiency for enterprises, and improve economic benefits and core competitiveness.
