| 摘 要： | 介绍了聚氯乙烯密闭化生产工艺及其主要特点,经在不同釜型上应用,结果表明,密闭化生产技术可缩短生产周期,提高产量,延长清釜周期及减少厂房内VC单体含量,实现安全、卫生、无害化生产。

| Abstract: | Clos ed production process of polyvinyl chloride and its main characteristics were in tro-duced.After operation in different kettle,it showed that production peri od could be shortened by closed production technology.Production quantity was i ncreased.Kettle cleaning period was prolonged,and contents of VC monomer in wo rkshop we re reduced.So that safety,and sanitary production without public haz ard was received. |
