晶闸管整流电路的蒸发冷却研究

摘    要:介绍了晶闸管整流电路中晶闸管冷却的重要性,建立了晶闸管的恒压式蒸发冷却试验台,从晶闸管相对于环境的表面温升和晶闸管与环境间的热阻两方面入手,证明了晶闸管整流电路采用蒸发冷却方式的可行性。通过与其它散热方式相应参数的比较,指出晶闸管采用蒸发冷却比其他冷却方式具有明显的优越性。

Abstract:The paper present the importance of evaporative cooling system of SCR commutation circuit in theory and experiments.The evaporative cooling test system is built up,and the temperature of thyristor and the thermal resistant between thyristor and air are calculated.By comparing the corresponding parameters in different cooling systems,the paper concludes that evaporative cooling system is possible and the cooling effect is very high.
