高职高专毕业生就业心理分析和辅导

求职择业是高职高专毕业生的人生重要转折。由于他们各自的家庭环境、社会背景、个人经历、所学专业不同,他们的就业期望也不尽相同,因而其就业心理产生的原因有所差异。尤其近年来,就业形势的严峻,使高职高专毕业生的就业心态发生了很大的变化。文章对高职高专毕业生在就业应聘时常常出现的心理障碍进行了归纳分析,提出了一些毕业生就业心理调适与应聘前准备的措施。

An Analysis of the Employment Psychology of College Graduates

Appling for a position or going for a job interview is always an important turrling point for college graduates of higher technical and vocational education. Each of them has his or her own psychological troubles when he or she applies for a position or goes for a job interview, for each of them comes from a unique family, has his or her own social experience and resume, studies in a special field and has his or her own expectation of getting a job. Recent serious career environment has made college graduates change their attitude toward employment greatly. This paper analyses psychological troubles that always plague college graduates when they apply for a position or go for a job interview, and this paper also gives some proposals to college graduates to help them remove their psychological troubles and prepare for job interview.
