液体洗涤剂组分对青霉脂肪酶活性的影响

摘    要:研究了液体洗涤剂中常用的表面活性剂如LAS、SAS、AES、AOS、MES、烷基醇酰胺、APG、OB2 以及常用助剂如增溶剂、增稠剂、防腐剂等对青霉脂肪酶活性的影响 ,还研究了阳离子表面活性剂以及淀粉酶对青霉脂肪酶活性的影响。结果表明 ,AES、MES、AOS对酶活的影响比LAS小 ,且AES与LAS复配有利于减低LAS对酶活的影响 ;烷基醇酰胺和AEO9、TX -10一样 ,对酶活的影响较小 ;APG和OB2 则有较大影响 ;阳离子表面活性剂在较低的浓度下对酶无影响 ,有的甚至还有激活作用。液体洗涤剂中的增溶剂、增稠剂、防腐剂等在配方浓度范围内对酶活影响不大 ;淀粉酶对青霉脂肪酶的活性几乎没有影响

Abstract:The effects of liquid detergent components on the activity of lipase produced in China are studied. The components investigated include the surfactants, such as LAS, SAS, AES, AOS, MES, alkylamide DEA, APG, OB 2 and the normally used additives such as hydrotrope, thickener, and antiseptics, etc. The effect of some cationic surfactant and amylase are also studied. The results show that AES, MES, and AOS have less effects than LAS on the activity of lipase, and the mixing of AES with LAS is beneficial to weaken such effect; similar to AEO 9 and TX 10 , alkylamide DEA has only small effect; APG and OB 2, however, have significant effect; at low concentration cationics has little effects and some has even activation. The hydrotrope, thickener, and antiseptics in liquid detergent have no significant effect in the concentration range normally used in the formulations and the amylase has practically no effects on the activety of lipase.
