电控柴油机在线故障诊断系统实用简单计算方法研究

摘    要:本文使用简单实用C++算法及基本数学理论进行快速、实用电控柴油机在线故障诊断的研究。首先,进行了特有的故障码设计,按照故障码的原理,对故障进行了分类。接着,充分运用故障码编制形成的框架,对基本故障的诊断算法进行了编制。然后,对多参数故障及复杂故障进行了算法设计。最后,为提高故障库的扩展功能,设计了“未知故障”处理功能。另外,进行了软件可靠性的研究。通过模拟实验结果表明:系统设计合理,工作可靠,达到了预期的目标,证明故障论断实用简单算法的可行性。

Abstract:A simple C++ algorithm and basic mathematical theory have been used instead of original artificial neural network diagnostic method which can not realize online real-time diagnosis. In the process of system development, specific trouble code has been designed and troubles have been classified according to the theory of it. Then, by using the frame formed by trouble code, the basic trouble's diagnostic algorithms have been completed. And then, the multiple-parameter diagnosis's algorithms are designed. Finally, the "unknown trouble" dialog box has been added to increase the expansibility of the trouble library. By the test on the real-time trouble diagnosis system, the test results show that the systems with simple diagnostic algorithm are feasibility and meet the design goal.
