摘    要:目前,在数控车床上加工大螺距、高精度的螺纹时,用现有的三个螺纹切削命令,由于螺纹车刀切削深度大,刀刃磨损较快,从而造成螺纹中径产生误差或牙形精度较差。而使用用户宏开发通用的螺纹加工程序,将直进式切削方法和斜进式切削方法优点综合起来可以较好地解决此类问题。

Abstract:At present,machining big pitch and high-precision thread with the three existing command would cause error pitch diameter thread or bad tooth form precision in the CNC lathe because cutting depth of the threading tool was too large speed up tool edge to damage.Developing program of machining thread used custom macro can be solution the problems.It can integrate the straight cutting methods and oblique cutting method advantages.
