| 摘 要： | 在单神经元PSD控制器中引入了二次型性能指标,使其成为具有神经元自适应PSD的最优控制器,提出了改进后的新的学习算法,分析了其稳定性和收敛性,仿真结果表明,改进后的控制器在稳定性和快速性方面较原控制器都有很大的改善.

| Abstract: | The quadratic index is introduced in order to realize the optimal control of the single-neuron adaptivePSD controller. The new learning algorithm is raised. The stability and the convergence are analyzed. The resultof simulation illustrates that the algorithm improves the stability and fastness. |
