摘    要:利用等离子体流体模型和线性场理论,分别导出了等离子体均匀填充和无限薄环形填充两种条件下,圆柱波导中电磁波传播的色散方程,并分别数值计算了其等离子体低频模式所满足的色散关系.研究发现,在无限薄环形等离子体填充条件下,低频等离子体模式与均匀填充情况有很大差别,不再有无穷多条低频模式的色散曲线,而且其截止频率也不再受到等离子体频率的限制.

Abstract:A cylindrical waveguide filled with an infinitely thin annular plasma or uniform plasma is immersed in a strong longitudinal magnetic field.By means of fluid model and linear field theory,the dispersion equations of the electromagnetic wave propagation along the system in two different plasma-filling cases are derived,respectively.The dispersion characteristics of low-frequency modes in two cases are analyzed accordingly.It is found that the frequency of the low-frequency mode couldn't be confined by plasma oscillation frequency and only a dispersion curve of low-frequency mode lies in the case of the infinitely thin annular plasma-filling.
