基于模糊神经网络的炉温控制系统的研究

摘    要:提出了一种模糊与神经网络相结合的炉温控制方法,并在此基础上设计了一套模糊神经网络控制系统,系统包括硬件控制电路和基于单片机的炉温控制程序。该系统应用于大滞后的电阻炉炉温控制实验,取得了良好的控温效果。实验表明:与传统的PID炉温控制系统相比该系统具有鲁棒性强、响应快、控制精度高,控制质量可靠等优点。

Abstract:This paper proposes a control method of combing fuzzy control with neural networks,and designs a fuzzy neural networks control system including hardware control system and control program used of MCU based on this method.It has been used in furnace temperature control experiment and we get favorable control effect.Compared with the traditional PID control system,the experiment shows the system has several advantages such as quick response,high precision and quality of control,and so on.
