基于遗传算法的水轮发电机组模糊PID控制研究

摘    要:水轮发电机组是一个复杂的非线性系统,水轮机调节系统常规PID控制不能根据水轮发电机组的动态过程自动调整PID控制参数。因此,常规PID控制很难满足高性能控制要求。结合遗传算法和模糊PID控制的优点,用模糊推理在线整定PID控制参数,利用遗传算法优化模糊PID控制系统的模糊控制规则。仿真结果表明,这是一种非常有效的控制策略,其控制品质较传统PID控制系统有很大的改善和提高。

Abstract:Hydro-generating unit is a complicated non-linear system, and general hydraulic turbine PID governor cannot accord to the dynamic process of hydro-generating unit to serf-correct PID control parameters. So, it is very difficult to satisfy high-capability control demand for general PID control. The combination of genetic algorithm with the fuzzy PID control is used to optimize fuzzy control rules of fuzzy PID control system, and make use of fuzzy reasoning on-line to adjust PID control parameters. The simulation results showed that it is a very effective control strategy, and control quality is much better than general PID control.
