纳米抗菌干法腈纶纤维及抗菌拉舍尔毛毯的研制

摘    要:利用自制的纳米复合抗菌剂,研究添加于干法腈纶纤维中的方法和工艺,生产出纳米抗菌干法腈纶纤维及抗菌拉舍尔毛毯.纳米材料作为纺丝添加剂,解决了由于添加物颗粒大纺丝时易堵塞喷丝孔的问题,添加少量即可使纤维赋予高性能的抗菌防臭功能.所研制的抗菌纤维及抗菌拉舍尔毛毯,抑菌率均达到90%以上,对纤维及制品的物理机械性能无不良影响.
