| 摘 要： | 利用稀释平板法从曲样和酵泥单菌落中分离获得2株毛霉1#和2#,通过对其形态观察和Biolog微生物系统鉴定,确定2株菌分别为:1#菌为卷枝毛霉(Mucorcircinelloidesv.Tiegh),2#菌为密丛毛霉(MucorplumbeusBonord)。所得菌株进行冷冻干燥保藏。不同菌种对Biolog96孔碳源利用有显著差异,同一菌种不同时间对Biolog96孔碳源利用也有差异,分析得出1#、2#毛霉主要利用ɑ-酮戊二酸、L-谷氨酸。

| Abstract: | Mucor were isolated by streak plate method,two Mucor strains were obtained named 1# and 2#,respectively.Biolog automated microbes identification system(Biolog System)was used to check two Mucor strains 1# and 2#,which were separated and purified from fermented grains of Chinese liquor.1# was identified as Mucor circinelloides v.Tiegh and 2# was identified as Mucor plumbeus Bonord.The results indicated that Biolog System could be used to identify mucor strains in fermented grains.The last,the strain through ... |
