| Abstract: | The principles and general situations of the new processes for producing nickel that can decrease the production cost and increase the source of nickel are summarized, including biohydrometallurgy, the utilization of ocean polymetallic nodules, selective reduction and recovery nickel from the spent materials, and their mechanisms and characteristics are also analyzed. |
