摘    要:棉花滩水电站大坝工程自1998年4月动工,至2001年4月完工,历时3年,在国内水电工程建设中处于领先地位。大坝工程的全干法人工砂石料生产系统为国内首创并取得成功,碾压混凝土全面应用斜层平推碾压施工工艺,创造性地采用拌和楼拌制变态混凝土,大坝下淤斜坡面采用四层翻升模板,这些施工工艺的采用,为大坝工程建设保证了工期、质量、提高了经济效益。

Abstract:The dam project of the Mianhuatan Hydropower Station was started in April 1998 and completed in April 2001. The completion of such scale dam within 3 years ranks the leading position in the construction of hydropower projects in China. The full dry artificial aggregate production system of the dam project ranks the first in China and has gained success. The construction of RCC adopted inclined layer push roller compaction technique and creatively used the batch plant to mix the metamorphic concrete. The construction of the downstream slope surface of the dam adopted 4 layer turn over form technique. The application of these techniques guarantees the progress and quality of the dam construction and increases the economic benefit.
