区域协调与天津产业结构重组

当前，环渤海地区面临新的发展契机，天津市若要在这一发展机遇期借势起飞，首要的任务就是确定天津在更大地域范围中的地位和作用，协调与北京及周边城市发展的关系，进而对天津市市域内部各地区的分工合作进行调控。在此基础上，本文探讨了天津市域产业结构重组的主要目标与基本构想，以及相关的政府调控方法。

Regional Coordination and Industry Structure Regroup in Tianjin

Bohai Bay Economic Region is lacing a new development opportunity now. Then how does Tianjin develop depending on the current suitable condition? The first mission is to define Tianijn's position and role in larger region and coordinate development with Beijing City and surrounding cities, secondly adjusts and reassigns the work of different districts in the city. On the bases of these missions, the paper studies the main objects and basal strategies to regroup the industry structure in Tianjin urban, and some administrant ways for government.
