摘    要:针对宁夏某电厂两台600MW锅炉汽温调节方式不合理、减温水量严重超标问题,根据对锅炉进行的热力计算结果,对锅炉尾部烟道中低温过热器、低温再热器和省煤器受热面积进行了重新分配,使改造后的锅炉在运行中可采用较理想的汽温调节方式,从而达到了减少减温水量的目的,提高了锅炉运行的经济性和安全性.

Abstract:A certain power plant in Ningxia which includes 2 ×600 MW sets have some problemsabout steam temperature regulating mode unreasonable and spray water flux overproof.This paper basedon the results of the boiler thermodynamic calculation,redistribute the heating surface areas of lowtemperature superheater and low temperature reheater and economizer on the boiler tail flue gas duct.The goal of optimizating steam temperature regulating mode and reducing spraying water flux areachieved after the innovation,the economy and security of the boiler are improved.
