| 摘 要： | 法律术语的翻译问题是法律翻译研究的核心和难点之一。各路学者对法律术语及其翻译问题从各个不同的角度分析和提出解决办法。然而到目前为止对法律术语的翻译研究大多关注具体术语间的对比和分析,而没有从系统的、理论的高度做出全面的分析和阐释。文章试图从关联理论及其翻译观对法律术语翻译问题做一个比较全面系统的理论阐述。
