防爆电机铸铁件材质的控制

摘    要:因为冲天炉熔炼过程中的复杂性,所以,要保证防爆类铸铁件中部分零部件所要求的高牌号材质不是一件易事,只有在熔炼操作中不断模索冲天炉的增碳和硅、锰的烧损特性,根据具体情况适当调整部分熔炼参数,并严格控制原材料的选用,进行详细的配料计算,同时正确控制熔炼、浇注操作等,从而能稳定地生产HT250牌号的灰铸铁。

Abstract:Since the smelting process of casting in the blast furnace is very complexity,it is very difficult to control the iron casting smelting process perfectly,in order to get the high quality of the iron casing used for explosion-proof motor.Only if mastering the quantity of carbon,silicon and manganese in melting loss added in the process of melting practice,and regulating some smelting parameters according to specific case,close selecting the raw material based on the detailed mixture making,the high quality HT 250 gray cast iron can be arrived.In addition,it is very important to control the smelting and casting in the production for this purpose.
