摘    要:蓄热式加热炉与传统加热炉相比,因预热方式不同,存在燃烧、排烟等方式不同,炉内气体流动方式亦不同,普遍存在炉压大,易冒火,炉况较难控制的通病.笔者通过对蓄热炉的设计与应用经验,阐述了解决这一问题的方法.

Abstract:Comparing with traditional reheating furnace,regenerative reheating furnace prevalent exist common faults as follows:high furnace pressure,easily spilling fire,difficult to control the furnace status.Just about because of their distinctness of warming up manner,there are dissimilarities of exhaust mode and also gas's course fashion inside furnace between these kinds of reheating furnace.Passing to design regenerative reheating furnace and get application experiences,the author expounds methods about how to resolve furnace pressure.
