校本课程与教师专业化建设

摘    要:校本课程是以学校为课程编制主体自主开发与实施的一种课程,开发校本课程有利于调动学校在课程建设中的作用。从开发校本课程的原则、意义及校本课程对教师专业化的要求等方面论述了校本课程与教师专业化建设的关系,指出校本课程可以增强教育的针对性、独特性和地域性。

Abstract:School - based curriculum refers to the curriculum developed by school - based body. School - based curriculum's development is important to the curriculum construction in a school. This paper shows the relationship between school - based curriculum and the developing of specialized teaching group through listing the principle and the significance of school - based curriculum, and professional requirements for teachers and other aspects of it, and it also points out that school - based curriculum can enhance the applicability, uniqueness and locality of education.
