铝-氨热管换热器用于空调排风余冷回收的研究

摘    要:设计加工铝-氨热管式换热器一台,用于夏季工况空调排风的余冷回收.通过实验,分析了风速、新排风温差等因素对余冷回收效率的影响,以及两侧压力损失随风速的变化情况.结果表明,余冷回收效率随新、排风温差增大而升高,随风速的增大而降低.该换热器具有换热效果好,阻力小的特点.

Abstract:An aluminum-ammonium thermosyphon heat exchanger was developed and performed in air-conditioning system for summer condition.Through experiments,effect of wind velocity and temperature difference between the fresh air and the exhausted air on the heat recovery efficiency was investigated,also the pressure loss was measured.Results show that the heat recovery efficiency increases with the incensement of temperature difference between the fresh air and the exhausted air,and decreases with the incensement of t...
