含Ti焊接用线材的开发

摘    要:焊接用线材主要向550 MPa级高强耐候钢材和含Ti焊材2个品种发展,含Ti焊丝在焊接电流较大时,可减少飞溅30%~50%,焊缝成形性也好,市场前景大。介绍含Ti焊材的技术要求和试制情况,对试制的含Ti焊材中存在的夹杂、结疤等缺陷进行分析,发现是为了回收Ti而加入铝所造成,通过采用低铝冶炼辅料,适当提高浇注温度,不仅解决了水口结瘤、拉速变化大、表面质量差的问题,还使生产稳定,形成了批量生产能力,成材率由79%提高到98.23%。

Abstract:Wire rod for welding is developing to two kinds such as 550 MPa class high strength weather resistant steel and containing Ti welding material. When welding current is high, the spatter of containing Ti welding wire is reduced from 30% to 50%. The profile of welding seam process is good. The prospect of market is large. The technical requirement and trial production of containing Ti welding material were introduced. The defects of inclusion and scar existing in containing Ti wire rod in trial production were analyzed. It was caused by adding Al to collect Ti. By adopting low aluminum smelting auxiliary material, heighten pouring temperature slightly, the problems of outlet nodulation, large casting speed variation and poor surface quality is solved and the production is stable. It has batch production ability. The finished product rate is increased from 79% to 98.23%.
