除草剂解毒剂解草啶气相色谱分析方法

摘    要:以邻苯二甲酸二乙酯为内标物,采用5%SE-30固定液,涂渍在载体Chromosorb(180~150)μm上为固定相,装入柱长1m,内径3mm的玻璃或不锈钢为色谱柱,在所选用的色谱操作条件下,采用氢火焰检测器,内标法定量气相色谱测定解草啶。方法的标准偏差为0.04,变异系数0.04%,回收率在99.5%~100.3%之间。本方法具有操作简便、快速,成本低廉等优点,可适用于化工生产过程中的产品质量检验。

Abstract:A method for determination of FENCLORIM by gas chromatography with 5 % SE-30/chromosorb(180- 150)μm and diethyl phthalate as internal standard was described. In the chosen chromato graphic operating conditions, usin g the F1D. The standard deviation was 0.04, the coefficients of variation was 0.04 %, the avera ge recovery were 99.5 % - 100.3 %.
