扇环零件优化排样的扇形顶点射线算法

摘    要:针对电机制造过程中常用的扇片零件优化排样问题,借鉴传统多边形顶点射线算法的基本原理,提出扇片零件顶点射线算法.以该算法为核心,利用VC 6.0开发了一套扇片零件自动优化排样系统,并对大量实际问题进行了排样优化计算.实验结果表明,该算法既满足了实际生产中切割工艺的要求,又能够有效地提高硅钢板材的利用率,解决了任意包角以及任意半径的扇片零件在硅钢板材上的优化排样问题.

Abstract:To the common sector-annularity parts in the process of producing electric machine,this paper puts forward the vertexes radial algorithm of sector-annularity parts by drawing lessons from the basic principle of the traditional polygonal vertexes radial algorithm,which solves the cutting stock problem of discretional angle and discretional radius' sector-annularity parts in silicon steel plate and fills up the local lack of study for this problem.At the same time,based on this algorithm,this paper develops an automatic layout system for sector-annularity parts using Visual C 6.0,and makes a lot of experiments.The experimental results show that this algorithm not only satisfies technologic requirements in production process,but also improves the utilization of silicon steel plate effectively.
