注水油管柱轴向位移分析

摘    要:为了正确确定注水作业中封隔器的坐封位置和轴向位移补偿量,须精确计算在不同工况下注水油管柱的轴向位移量。综合考虑了注水油管内液体的横向压力效应与流动摩阻效应,应用弹性力学方法对注水油管进行应力和位移分析,计算了注水油管在不同因素影响下的轴向伸长量。结果表明,注水油管内的横向压力效应对油管轴向位移有明显影响,油管内液体流动引起的油管轴向伸长与注入速度的平方成正比。

Abstract:To determine carrectly the setting location and compensating value of the axial displacement of the packer in the water flooding, the axial displacement of the tubing string under various working conditions must be calculated accurately.In consideration of the horizontal pressure effect and flowing frictional resistance effect of the fluid in the tubing string,and by using the method of elastic mechanics, the stress and displacemet of the tubing string are analzed, and the axial extension of the string under the influence of different factors is calculated. The result of the calculation shows that the horizontal pressure has an obvious influence on the axial displacement of the string, and the axial extension of the string caused by the fluid flowing is proportional to the square of the velocity of water injection.
