摘    要:复动轮拉杆式抽油机是一种长冲程气平衡式抽油机,其独特的复动轮提升机构通过扇形复动轮以往复直线运动与旋转运动相结合的复合运动,可将抽油机冲程加大到比常规抽油机大1倍。复动轮可旋转180°,以便在修井作业时让出井口。气平衡系统减轻了抽油机运动构件在往复运动换向时的冲击载荷。有效的密封方式可保证系统在2个月内不漏气。第一代样机已运转2万余小时,未曾发生大的机械故障。最大冲程可达8m,系统机械效率为40.3%,可节电19.8%。

Abstract:The pumping unit with compound-motion wheel and tie bar is a long-stroke pneumatic balanced pumping unit. By adopting a unique compound-motion wheel elevating mechanism, and by means of the combined straight reciprocating motion and rotary motion of the mechanism, the stroke of the unit can be increased twice that of the conventional unit. The compound-motion wheel can rotate by 180° so as to abdicate the wellhead in well servicing. By adopting the pneumatic halancing system, the impulsive load on the motion parts of the unit can be decreased, and with effective sealing, the system can be ensured working without leakage within two months. The prototype of the unit has worked for more than 20000 houre with a maximum stroke of 8m, a mechanical efficiency of 40. 3% and 19. 8% less power consumption, and no large mechanical trouble occurred.
