双锥脱油旋流分离器流量和压力特性试验

摘    要:用35mm双锥脱油旋流分离器进行试验,重点在有溢流和无溢流情况下研究了液-液旋流器的流量、压力和分流比之间的关系。揭示了不同情况下流量、压力和分流比的变化规律,发现双锥旋流器和单锥旋流器的压降与进口流量的关系和分流比与压降比的关系一样是唯一的;当底流出口背压一定时,溢流流量与进口流量之间成线性关系。

Abstract:By means of a test of 35mm twin-cone hydrocyclone, the relations hetween the flowrate, pressure and split ratio of a fluid-fluid cyclone are evaluated. The variation pattem of these three parameters is expounded, and it is indicated that,as the sam as that of the mono-cone cyclone, the relation between the pressure drop and inlet flowrate and the relation between the split ratio and pressure drop ratio of the twin-cone cyelone are both unique. The research is useful to the design and application of hydrocyclones.
