摘    要:节能蓄能器是一种机械节能装置,由飞轮、钢球、叶轮和蓄能器胶带轮组成。借助钢球与飞轮内壁的摩擦力矩,飞轮可以与电动机同步或自行差动旋转,并依靠其较大转动惯量,吞吐能量,平衡电动机输出。当工作机载荷为变化载荷时,可以取得很好的节能效果。与游梁式抽油机现有各种节能动力装置的性能相比具有许多优点。

Abstract:The power-saving accumulator is a mechanical power-saving unit with a flywheel, steel balls, a impeller and a pulley. By means of the friction torque between the steel balls and the inwall of the flywheel, the synchronlus or self-differ-ential rotation of the flywheel with the electric metor can be realized, and the output of the motor can be balanced by the fairly large rotating inertia of the flywheel. By using the accumulator on beam pumping units, good power-saving effect can be achieved. And the accumulator possesses many advantages compared with the other existing power-saving devices for beam pumping units.
