液压不压井修井机的现状及发展趋势

摘    要:介绍了国外典型液压不压井修井机的性能、技术水平及发展趋势。用液压不压井修井机进行修井作业的优势是能保持地层能量,不污染地层;节省放喷、压井、洗井等项费用及缩短作业时间;设备重量轻,易分解运输;可靠性高,安全性好。目前短冲程产品具有一定的优势,它应用了计算机辅助不压井作业工艺设计技术,能遥控操作和自动起下作业,在陆上和海洋平台上的应用越来越广泛。用液压不压井修井机对国内某些油田的注水井进行不压井修井作业具有很大的潜力。

Abstract:The performance, current status and developing trend of the typical hydraulic snubbing units abroad are briefly described in this paper. The advantages of snubbing includes being able to keep the formation energy without pollution of the formation, saving operation cost and time, the equipment being portable and easy to transport, being reliable and safe. The short stroke snubbing unit, which is designed by means of the CAD technique and can realize automatized operation, is preferable and has been finding wide use onshore and offshore.
