摘    要:铁岭石油机械研究制造所研制的BG2和BG3两种型号的拔套管作业机适用于起拔油田废弃井中φ139.7~φ244.5mm各种规格的技术套管和油层套管。作业机的工作原理是:根据油井中固井套管的情况,测量或计算出卡点位置,将受拉套管柱于卡点的稍上部位切断;然后用液压提升装置施加起拔力,通过多个行程往复运动向上提升套管柱;当套管接箍被提出操作平台时,用吊杆、吊卡和大钳将已拔出的套管卸扣、吊出。与国外同类设备相比,这种作业机的优点是:行程长,起拔力大,举升自动换向,作业效率高,适用范围广,价格低廉。施工前要慎重选井。作业时要保护好井口,以免工具或杂物落入井内形成新的卡点。操作者要严格遵守起重作业操作规程。

Abstract:Model BG2 and Model BG3 casing-pulling out units developed by Tieling Machinery Works are suitable for pulling out φ139.7~φ244. 5mm intermediate casings and production casings in abandoned wells. The working principle, main technical parameters, design feature and application of the unit are introduced. This unit has the advantages of long stroke, large pulling force, automatic revease in lifting, high efficiency, wide application and low cost. Wells must be selected with great care before operation. The wellhead must be well protected to prevent tools or other objects from falling down the well. And the ooerating regulations must be strictly obeyed.
